使用一株从养殖池塘底泥中分离获得的光合细菌,对生活污水和养殖池塘肥水进行净化试验。结果表明该株光合细菌使生活污水中的硝酸盐、氨态氮和COD分别降低66.7%、66.6%和54.2%,使养殖池塘肥水中的亚硝酸盐、氨态氮和COD分别降低57.3%、74.8%和46.1%。该株光合细菌具有良好的净水效果。
使用一株從養殖池塘底泥中分離穫得的光閤細菌,對生活汙水和養殖池塘肥水進行淨化試驗。結果錶明該株光閤細菌使生活汙水中的硝痠鹽、氨態氮和COD分彆降低66.7%、66.6%和54.2%,使養殖池塘肥水中的亞硝痠鹽、氨態氮和COD分彆降低57.3%、74.8%和46.1%。該株光閤細菌具有良好的淨水效果。
사용일주종양식지당저니중분리획득적광합세균,대생활오수화양식지당비수진행정화시험。결과표명해주광합세균사생활오수중적초산염、안태담화COD분별강저66.7%、66.6%화54.2%,사양식지당비수중적아초산염、안태담화COD분별강저57.3%、74.8%화46.1%。해주광합세균구유량호적정수효과。
The water purification ability of one strain of photosynthetic bacteria(PSB),which was isolated from fish pond sediment,to domestic sewage and fish pond water was analyzed in this paper. The results show that this strain of PSB had good water purification abilities in that nitrites,ammonical nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand of domestic sewage were reduced by 66.7%、66.6%and 54.2%after treated with this strain of PSB,and those of fish pond water were reduce by 57.3%、74.8% and 46.1% respectively. This strain of PSB had a very good water purification effect.
