目的：探讨强化健康教育的护理模式在分娩镇痛中对产妇的镇痛效果。方法选取无内外科合并症、单胎、足月、头位的正常初产妇500例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各250例、观察组进行全程、整体、个体化的强化健康教育和心理指导，对照组给予传统知识宣教。结果观察组的镇痛效果优于对照组，顺产率高于对照组，剖宫产率显著低于对照组。结论在临床中强化健康教育的护理模式能增强分娩镇痛的镇痛效果，降低剖宫产率。
목적：탐토강화건강교육적호리모식재분면진통중대산부적진통효과。방법선취무내외과합병증、단태、족월、두위적정상초산부500례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각250례、관찰조진행전정、정체、개체화적강화건강교육화심리지도，대조조급여전통지식선교。결과관찰조적진통효과우우대조조，순산솔고우대조조，부궁산솔현저저우대조조。결론재림상중강화건강교육적호리모식능증강분면진통적진통효과，강저부궁산솔。
Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced nursing model of health education for mothers in labor analgesia .Methods 500 primiparas with no complications , single fetus, full-term and head presentation were selected , were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 250 cases in each group, primiparas in the observation group were given the entire process , whole and individualized health education and psychological guidance , primiparas in the control group were given traditional knowledge missions . Results The analgesic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group , the spontaneous delivery rate was higher , the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that in the control group . Conclusions Strengthen health education nursing model in clinical can enhance analgesic effect in labor analgesia, and reduce the cesarean section rate .
