目的：研究江苏地区正常青少年上唇形态并建立上唇三维方向相关测量值。方法：选择南京医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科受试者104例拍摄锥形束CT和正面相照片。上唇的厚度应用MIMICS 10.0软件直接测量，上唇的高度、宽度及唇红高度用数码照相-计算机辅助测量法测量。选择30个测量标记点，对被研究者的18个线距进行测量。数据由统计软件SPSS 17.0分析。结果：上唇指标的三维正常参考值男性组与女性组相比大部分有统计学差别，且男性组的所有测量指标都高于女性组。不同年龄组相比表明上唇的高度、宽度及上唇基部厚度的测量指标有随年龄增加趋势，但上唇游离处的厚度却有变薄的趋势。对称性研究发现，左、右唇宽度的差值为2 mm，唇峰处唇红高左右差别均值仅为0.4 mm。按差值比例计算得到上唇在横向的不对称程度最大，其次为厚度，最小的为高度。结论：建立了上唇三维方向的正常参考指标，所有指标的均值男性大于女性；随着年龄的增长除唇游离处的厚度有变薄趋势外，上唇的高度、宽度及上唇基部厚度均有增加趋势；上唇的不对称主要表现在水平向。
목적：연구강소지구정상청소년상진형태병건립상진삼유방향상관측량치。방법：선택남경의과대학부속구강의원정기과수시자104례박섭추형속CT화정면상조편。상진적후도응용MIMICS 10.0연건직접측량，상진적고도、관도급진홍고도용수마조상-계산궤보조측량법측량。선택30개측량표기점，대피연구자적18개선거진행측량。수거유통계연건SPSS 17.0분석。결과：상진지표적삼유정상삼고치남성조여녀성조상비대부분유통계학차별，차남성조적소유측량지표도고우녀성조。불동년령조상비표명상진적고도、관도급상진기부후도적측량지표유수년령증가추세，단상진유리처적후도각유변박적추세。대칭성연구발현，좌、우진관도적차치위2 mm，진봉처진홍고좌우차별균치부위0.4 mm。안차치비례계산득도상진재횡향적불대칭정도최대，기차위후도，최소적위고도。결론：건립료상진삼유방향적정상삼고지표，소유지표적균치남성대우녀성；수착년령적증장제진유리처적후도유변박추세외，상진적고도、관도급상진기부후도균유증가추세；상진적불대칭주요표현재수평향。
Objective:To investigate the symmetry of upper lip and establish its normal three-dimensional values for adolescents.Methods:Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and frontal photographs from 104 adolescents were included.The thickness of up-per lip was measured by MIMICS 10.0, while the lip width, height of vermilion and upper lip were measured by digital photography-computer aided method.A total of 30 landmarks were selected, 18 lines were measured.Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results:Most of the measured values of lip of the males were statistical different from that of the females , and all the values were bigger in male than in female.There was a tendency of growth on height , width and thickness of the basal upper lip , but the thickness of labial arch was thinning with the age advancing.The study of discrepancies in upper lip showed 2 mm asymmetry on the width, 0.4 mm on the vermilion height of christa philtrum.Besides, when symmetric analysis was based on the percentage , the discrepancy on width was lar-gest, thickness intermediary and height least.Conclusions:Normal three dimensional reference values for upper lips were thus estab-lished.All the values were higher in male than in female.With the advance of age the thickness of labial arch was thinning , other val-ues tended to be on the rise.Besides, the discrepancies of upper lip were primarily on the width.
