随着高等教育新形势的发展,作为高校基层教学组织的教研室因其管理与改革尚未得到重视而出现了许多与高等教育新形势不相适应的突出问题。而基于“积木原理暠的课程小组能促进宽口径专业的建设、能提高教师资源的配置效率、优化教师的分工与协作,并能增强教学科研的协同效应。因此,新形势下要逐渐淡化教研室模式,在吸收高校教研室的优点并规避其缺点的基础上,以某类课程为基础,组建适合高等教育发展需要的课程小组。在课程小组的具体构建中,首先确定其理论架构与实现机制,然后制定构建方式与构建原则,第三是课程小组成员的选择及规模的确定,最后从通识教育课程、学科基础课程及专业领域课程三方面给出具体的构建实例。

With the new development of higher education,there appear many prominent problems which are disharmonious with the new situation of higher education in that the teaching and research section's administration and reform is still not emphasized.Course group based on the Building Block Principle can boost the development of wide-scope majors,improve the allocation effect of teacher resource,optimize teachers'division and cooperation and also strengthen the synergistic effect of teaching and research.Therefore,under new situation,we should dilute mode of teaching and re-search section,absorb its advantages and avoid disadvantages,establish course group of some kinds of curriculum that conform to the higher education development needs.At the process of the concrete es-tablishment of a course group,we should firstly ascertain the theoretical frame and the realization mechanism;then make out construction manner and principle;thirdly,choose course group member and determining the scare;lastly,write out the construction case from the viewpoint of liberal educa-tion course,basic course as well as professional course.
