介绍了一种由SPCE061 A高性能MCU和PTR8000+无线传输芯片组成的网络化数控机床振动信号监测系统,数据以无线的方式传送到控制中心并保存。阐述了系统的硬件电路设计和软件开发关键技术,运用LabVIEW编程语言设计控制中心图形用户界面,实现对加工过程中刀具及机床主轴振动信号采集、分析、存储与显示,并通过对采集信号的处理,设定阈值对故障预警。

A vibration signal test system for CNC was constructed based on SPCE061 A high perform-ance MCU and PTR8000+wireless transmission chip.The vibration signal is transmitted wirelessly to the remote monitoring centre and stored in the database.The hardware circuit design and the key technology for software development are expounded.The GUI of the control center is designed based on LabVIEW virtual instrument platform to realize the acquisition,analysis,storage,and display of the vibration signals of CNC machine tools and spindle,and the warning threshold can be set by processing the acquired signals.
