With the development of Internet of Things ( IoT) technology,a novel design of wireless sensor network is proposed based on ZigBee and GSM.CC2530 chip of ZigBee,TC35i chip of GSM and re-lated sensor are used in this design to build a wireless household security system.The proposed system can get environment parameters from the short message system of mobile phone to control the electrical appli-ances at home and achieve anti-burglary and smoke alarm.
