为了改善机制砂砂浆和易性能，在花岗岩机制砂砂浆中掺入膨润土，并分别探讨了不同掺量的膨润土对砂浆流动度、稠度、分层度和强度的调控作用。结果表明，随着膨润土掺量的增加，砂浆需水量增大，流动度、稠度、分层度减小，膨润土可以很好的改善砂浆的保水性能；掺膨润土后砂浆强度提高，掺0.9%时，砂浆保水率最佳，抗折抗压强度最大。
위료개선궤제사사장화역성능，재화강암궤제사사장중참입팽윤토，병분별탐토료불동참량적팽윤토대사장류동도、주도、분층도화강도적조공작용。결과표명，수착팽윤토참량적증가，사장수수량증대，류동도、주도、분층도감소，팽윤토가이흔호적개선사장적보수성능；참팽윤토후사장강도제고，참0.9%시，사장보수솔최가，항절항압강도최대。
In order to improve workability of manufactured-sand mortar, guanite manufactured-sand mortar mixed with bentonite,and discussed the role of different dosage of bentonite that had played on mortar fluidity, consistency,layered degree,mortar compressive and flexural strength.The results show that,mortar water demand increases,fluidity,consistency,stratification decreases with increasing bentonite dosage.Bentonite can be good to improve the water retention properties of the mortar.Doped bentonite mortar strength improved,when doped with 0.9%,mortar has best water retention,flexural,compressive strength also reached maximum.
