目的：探讨应用3种常用抗菌药物预防手术感染的经济效果，促进抗菌药物合理使用，降低医疗费用。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，随机抽取2012年及2013年骨折手术预防感染病例255份进行分析，运用药物经济学原理对3种最常用的抗菌药物头孢硫脒、头孢孟多酯钠、头孢替唑钠预防手术感染的成本-效果进行比较分析。结果：在最常用的3种抗菌药物中，头孢硫脒为最佳用药选择。结论：头孢硫脒在本次分析中具有成本效果优势，可作为选择治疗方案的参考。
목적：탐토응용3충상용항균약물예방수술감염적경제효과，촉진항균약물합리사용，강저의료비용。방법：채용회고성조사방법，수궤추취2012년급2013년골절수술예방감염병례255빈진행분석，운용약물경제학원리대3충최상용적항균약물두포류미、두포맹다지납、두포체서납예방수술감염적성본-효과진행비교분석。결과：재최상용적3충항균약물중，두포류미위최가용약선택。결론：두포류미재본차분석중구유성본효과우세，가작위선택치료방안적삼고。
Objective: To investigate the economic effectiveness of three commonly-used antibiotics to prevent operation infections, promote reasonable and standard usage of antibiotics surround operation and decrease medical cost. Methods: In reviewing and investigating 255 cases at random for preventing infection in orthopaedics operation in 2012 and 2013. We analysed comparatively the most commonly-used three kinds of antibiotics Cefathiamidine,Ceftezole Sodium,Cefamandole Nafate among these 255 cases by cost-effectiveness in Pharmacoeconomics. Results: Among those three kinds of antimicrobial agents,Cefathiamidine is the optimal option.Conclusion:Cefathiamidine has an advantage in cost-effectiveness and can be used as reference.
