目的探讨术前静脉注射维拉帕米对结肠癌根治术患者氧化应激反应的影响。方法将30例行限期结肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和维拉帕米组,每组15例。分别测定两组患者术前( T1)、手术气腹结束后即刻(T2)及术后24 h(T3)血清 ALT、AST和丙二醛(MDA)的浓度。结果与 T1时相点比较,两组患者T2、T3时相点 ALT和AST值均增高(P<0.05),维拉帕米组患者T2、T3时相点ALT和AST值增高幅度明显低于对照组( P<0.01);与T1时相点比较,对照组患者T2、T3时相点MDA值增高显著(P<0.05),维拉帕米组患者T2、T3时相点MDA值明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论术前静脉注射维拉帕米能有效减小气腹带来的氧化应激反应,有效保护肝脏等脏器的功能。

목적탐토술전정맥주사유랍파미대결장암근치술환자양화응격반응적영향。방법장30례행한기결장암근치술환자수궤분위대조조화유랍파미조,매조15례。분별측정량조환자술전( T1)、수술기복결속후즉각(T2)급술후24 h(T3)혈청 ALT、AST화병이철(MDA)적농도。결과여 T1시상점비교,량조환자T2、T3시상점 ALT화AST치균증고(P<0.05),유랍파미조환자T2、T3시상점ALT화AST치증고폭도명현저우대조조( P<0.01);여T1시상점비교,대조조환자T2、T3시상점MDA치증고현저(P<0.05),유랍파미조환자T2、T3시상점MDA치명현저우대조조(P<0.01)。결론술전정맥주사유랍파미능유효감소기복대래적양화응격반응,유효보호간장등장기적공능。
Objective To evaluate the impact of verapamil on oxidative stress reaction in patients with laparoscopic colon cancer resection.Methods 30 patients with laparoscopic colon cancer resection were randomly divided into control and verapamil groups(n=15).The contents of serum ALT,AST and Malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined before surgery(T1) and 0 or 24h after surgery (T2,T3).Re-sults In both two groups,the ALT and AST values were increased at T2 and T3 time spots as compared to those at T1 ( P<0.05 ) .The increased ALT and AST values at T2 and T3 in verapamil group were much lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The MDA content at T2 and T3 was significantly elevated in control group as compared with that at T1 (P<0.05).Compared with control group,verapamil could sig-nificantly reduce the elevated MDA level at T2 and T3(P<0.01).Conclusion The preoperative intrave-nous injection of verapamil could effectively reduce oxidative stress caused by pneumoperitoneum .
