对几株粘细菌菌株进行显微特征的观察、比较,从而更直观、更准确地了解粘细菌的形态特征,为粘细菌分类鉴定奠定基础。借助体式显微镜(Stereomicroscope,SMC)、扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscope ,SEM)和透射电镜(Transmission electricity microscope,TEM)技术,对广东药用植物根际土壤分离得到的黄色粘球菌Myxococcus xan-thus 42-lyheh-1、橙色粘球菌Myxococcus fulvus sp-lmz-1、叶柄粘球菌Myxococcus stipitatus 42-4-1、匣状粘球菌Pyxidic-occus fallax 42-10-3、弱小珊瑚杆菌Corallococcus exiguous 42-3-1、珊瑚状珊瑚杆菌Corallococcus coralloides 42-x1-4、大孢珊瑚球菌Corallococcus macropsporus sp-lmz-2、过渡原囊菌Archangium gephyra 42-10-1和孢囊杆菌 Cystobacter mi-nus 42-mts-2分别进行了子实体结构、菌落形态、营养细胞和粘孢子的观察和精确的测量,进一步完善了粘细菌形态特征的描述,为粘细菌的分类鉴定提供了一定的依据。

Morphological characteristics of several Myxobacteria were studied comparatively to get more knowledge of Myxobacteria and lay a foundation for their classification and identification . Stereo-microscope(SMC)、scanning electron microscope (SEM)and transmission electricity microscope (TEM) were used to observe the fruiting body , colony, vegetative cell and myxospore of Myxococcus xanthu 42-ly-heh-1, Myxococcus fulvus sp-lmz-1, Myxococcus stipitatus 42-4-1, Pyxidicoccus fallax 42-10-3, Corallococ-cus exiguous 42-3-1, Corallococcus coralloides 42-x1-4, Corallococcus macropsporus sp-lmz-2, Archangium gephyra 42-10-1 and Cystobacter minus 42-mts-2.This further description of the morphological characteris-tics will be the foundation of classification of Myxobacteria.
