以青榨槭、黄连木、河南青榨槭和马褂木4种园林植物的1a 生休眠枝条为试验材料,进行5( CK)、-5、-10、-15、-20、-25和-30℃计7个低温冷冻处理,测定了枝条的失水率、相对电导率、 K +外渗率、细胞保护酶〔超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、过氧化物酶( POD)〕活性、丙二醛( MDA)含量和恢复生长能力,据此对4种植物的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,4种植物枝条的失水速率、 K+外渗率和相对电导率均呈逐渐增加趋势,半致死温度分别为 LT50(青榨槭)=-23℃, LT50(黄连木)=-28℃, LT50(马褂木)=-12℃, LT50(河南青榨槭)=-15℃; SOD活性均呈先下降后上升趋势,其中,最小值均出现在-15℃左右; POD活性和MDA含量呈现不同的变化规律;冷冻枝条恢复生长的能力均有所下降,4种植物枝条恢复生长的能力顺序为黄连木>青榨槭>河南青榨槭>马褂木。综合评价认为,4种植物的抗寒性顺序为黄连木>青榨槭>河南青榨槭>马褂木。

Taking the annual dormant branches of Acer davidii, Pistacia chinensis, Acer davidii of He'nan, Liriodendron chinense as the test materials , the water loss rate , relative electric conductivity , relative leakage of K +, protective enzyme (SOD and POD) activity, MDA content and the ability to restore growth of the branches under 7 low temperature ( 5、-5、 -10、 -15、 -20、 -25 and -30 ℃) treatments were tested, the cold resistance of four plants were evaluated.The results showed that with the decreasing of temperature, the water loss rate, relative electric conductivity and relative leakage of K +of the branches of four plants gradually increased, the LT50of Acer davidii, Pistacia chinensis, Acer davidii of He'nan and Liriodendron chinense were -23 ℃, -28 ℃, -15 ℃ and-12 ℃, respectively, the activities of SOD firstly decreased and then increased, the minimum value occurred at about -15 ℃, the activities of POD and MDA content presented different change rule, and the ability to restore growth of frozen branches were dropped, the order of the ability to restore growth of four plants was Pistacia chinen-sis >Acer davidii >Acer davidii of He'nan>Liriodendron chinense.Comprehensive evaluation thought that the order of cold hardiness of 4 plants was Pistacia chinensis>Acer davidii>Acer davidii of He'nan>Liriodendron chinense.
