目的评估子宫腺肌病放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统（曼月乐)患者慢性病自我管理健康教育项目（CDSMP）实施后的效果。方法选取2011年1月-2012年6月在我院确诊为子宫腺肌病患者放置曼月乐共138例，随机分为试验组和对照组各69例，对照组用常规护理方法及健康宣教，试验组实施CDSMP干预，比较两组患者在情绪、疼痛、并发症发生率等方面的变化。结果两组放置曼月乐后SAS、SDS评分均升高，但试验组升高程度低于对照组（P<0.05），放环后1年，两组痛经程度均减轻，但试验组痛经程度明显低于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01），两组放环后并发症均无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 CDSMP可使曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病患者在情绪、疼痛方面得到明显改善。
목적평고자궁선기병방치좌결낙잉동궁내절육계통（만월악)환자만성병자아관리건강교육항목（CDSMP）실시후적효과。방법선취2011년1월-2012년6월재아원학진위자궁선기병환자방치만월악공138례，수궤분위시험조화대조조각69례，대조조용상규호리방법급건강선교，시험조실시CDSMP간예，비교량조환자재정서、동통、병발증발생솔등방면적변화。결과량조방치만월악후SAS、SDS평분균승고，단시험조승고정도저우대조조（P<0.05），방배후1년，량조통경정도균감경，단시험조통경정도명현저우대조조（P<0.05혹P<0.01），량조방배후병발증균무명현차이（P>0.05）。결론 CDSMP가사만월악치료자궁선기병환자재정서、동통방면득도명현개선。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) on patients with adenomyosis treated by LNG-IUS. Methods A retrospective study was conducted. 132 patients with adenomyosis treated by LNG-IUS from Feb, 2011 to Jun, 2012 were randomly divided into control group (n=69) and experimental group (n=69). Compare the difference of emotion, pain and complications between these two groups when routine nursing the was conducted on the control group while CDSMP was conducted on the experimental group. Results SAS and SDS scores for both control group and experimental group increased after surgeries, but control group's increase was higher than that in experimental group (P<0.05). Dysmenorrhea was improved in the both groups in following year, and the improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). There were no significantly difference of complications between two groups after surgeries (P>0.05). Conclusion CDSMP can improve the emotions and pains of the patients with adenomyosis treated by LNG-IUS.
