在分析露天矿剥离物内排运距基础上,建立了开采工艺优选模型,为剥离半连续工艺应用范围优化提供支撑。研究根据近水平露天矿开采特点,给出了间断工艺和半连续工艺的剥离物内排运距计算方法。在综合考虑投资和运营成本影响的基础上,以计算期内总费用最小为目标建立了露天开采工艺优选模型,给出了投资、运营成本和附加费用的计算方法和应用剥离半连续工艺的边界条件。实例研究表明,随着开采深度增加和采场尺寸加大,上部剥离台阶应用半连续工艺是合理的,H矿剥离半连续工艺的最下服务范围为+140 m水平。燃料动力费的敏感性分析同时表明,国内柴油价格的快速上涨将促进剥离半连续工艺在我国大型露天煤矿的推广应用。

Based on the analysis of overburden internal dumping distance in the open pit mine, this ar-ticle establishes the optimization model of mining system, and provides support for the research on ap-plication scope optimization of stripping semi-continuous system. According to the characteristics of flat dipping open-pit mining, this article gives the calculation methods of overburden internal dumping distance in the shovel-truck discontinuous system and semi-continuous system. Based on comprehen-sive consideration of investment and operation cost effect, open pit mining system optimization model is established with the objective of minimum total cost in calculation period, and gives the calculation method of investment, stripping system operation cost and the additional costs, and the boundary condi-tions of semi-continuous application. The case study shows that with the increasing of mining depth and pit size, the application of semi-continuous system in upper stripping bench is reasonable, and the ser-vice range of the stripping semi-continuous system in H Mine is more than +140m level. Sensitivity analysis of fuel costs shows that the rapid rise of diesel prices in China will popularize the application of stripping semi-continuous system in large open pit coal mine.
