介绍了硫铁化合物的形成及其自燃机理;列举了从源头控制硫铁化合物的生成以及预防其自燃的方法,并比较了各自的优缺点,以期从源头出发控制硫铁化合物的形成,为预防硫铁化合物的形成及自燃指明方向,并指导炼油企业据此选择合适的钝化方法。同时提出了一种硫铁化合物钝化的新方法---气相钝化法。

The formation of ferrous sulfide and its spontaneous combustion mechanism are in-troduced .Various methods for controlling the formation of ferrous sulfide and its spontaneous combustion are listed in relation to the causes leading to ferrous sulfide and its spontaneous combustion .Besides ,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods for controlling the formation of ferrous sulfide and its spontaneous combustion are compared . The present re-search ,hopefully ,is to help control the formation of ferrous sulfide from the starting point ,to give direction to preventing the formation of ferrous sulfide and its spontaneous combustion , and to guide relevant enterprises to select proper passivation methods for getting rid of ferrous sulfide and its spontaneous combustion .In the meantime ,a new passivation method for pyrite compounds ,gas phase passivation method ,is proposed .
