研究了茜素红与阿魏酸哌嗪的显色反应,建立了阿魏酸哌嗪含量测定的分光光度法.在水溶剂中阿魏酸哌嗪与茜素红发生荷移反应生成紫红色的复合物,其最大吸收波长为524 nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.86×103 L ·mol-1·cm -1.阿魏酸哌嗪的浓度在1.60~48.0 mg ·L -1范围内与体系的吸光度呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为 A =0.02107+0.00393c(c ,mg ·L -1,R=0.9992),方法的检出限为1.19 mg ·L -1.将此新方法应用于阿魏酸哌嗪片中阿魏酸哌嗪含量的测定,回收率在97.5%~100.9%之间.

A new method for the determination of piperazine ferulate by spectrophotometry is established using alizarin red as a chromogenic reagent .In water solution ,the charge transfer reaction between piperazine ferulate and alizarin red was investigated and the purple color com-plex was formed .The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1 .86 × 103 L ·mol-1·cm -1 at the maximum absorption wavelength of 524 nm .The Beer's Law is obeyed in the range of 1 . 60 -48 .0 mg ·L -1 of piperazine ferulate .T he linear regression equation of the calibration curve was A = 0 .021 07+0 .003 93 c (c ,mg ·L -1 ) with a correlation coefficient of 0 .999 2 .The de-tection limit was 1 .19 mg ·L -1 .This new method is applied to the determination of piperazine ferulate in tablets with recoveries of 97 .5% -100 .9% .
