建立了快速测定辣椒中非法添加物罗丹明B的含量的方法。以甲醇水溶液超声提取，用高效液相色谱法（荧光检测器）测定，峰面积外标法定量，在优化条件下，罗丹明B的质量浓度在0～100.0 ng/mL范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系，线性相关系数r=0.9997，检出限为2.5 ng/g，加标回收率为94.7%～103.3%，测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.92%（n=6）。该方法样品处理简单、快速，适用于辣椒中罗丹明B的日常检测。

A method for the determination of illegal additive Rhodamine B in capsicum by high performance liquid chromatography(fluorescence detection)was established. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with methanol-water (volume ratio was 80∶20)and Rhodamine B was quantified by the peak area external standard method. Under the optimal conditions, good linearity was obtained in the range of 0-100.0 ng/mL for Rhodamine B with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The detection limit was 2.5μg/kg. The average recoveries was 94.7%-103.3%, and the relative standard deviation of detection results was 0.92%(n=6). The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the routine analysis of the illegal additives Rhodamine B in capsicum.
