建立了测定蔬菜和水果中代森锰锌残留量的顶空气相色谱法。代森锰锌在密闭容器中于70℃保温30 min,被氯化亚锡-2.0 mol/L硫酸溶液酸解生成二硫化碳,二硫化碳气体经顶空自动进样器后用气相色谱(电子捕获检测器)检测。代森锰锌溶液的质量浓度在0.000~1.500μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9991,在蔬菜和水果不同基质中的回收率为98%~104%,相对标准偏差为1.52%~1.97%,检出限为0.05 mg/kg,定量限为0.10 mg/kg。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于蔬菜和水果中代森锰锌残留检测分析。

Determination method of Mancozeb residues in fruit and vegetables by head-space gas chromatography (HS-GC)was established. Mancozeb released carbon disulfide gas with stannous chloride -2.0 mol/L sulfuric acid by heating at 70℃for 30 mins in closed container. Carbon disulfide gas was determined by HS-GC with ECD detector. The pretreatment method was optimized and the method was used to determine the residues of Mancozeb in fruits and vegetables. The method was verified by linear regression(0.999 1)within 0.000-1.500 μg/mL, the recovery was 98%-104%, RSD of the method was 1.52%-1.97%,LOD was 5×10-2 mg/kg and LQD was 0.10 mg/kg. This method was quick,accurate and simple for wide use in testing of residues of Mancozeb in vegetables and fruits.
