利用现代分析技术对江苏镇江产的天然沸石的组元、成分、结构特征及微观形貌等基本特征进行了系统测定和分析,为镇江天然沸石综合开发利用提供了基础理论依据。X射线衍射法及X射线荧光光谱法分析结果表明,沸石矿主要是由斜发沸石构成,SiO2和Al2O3约占总量的90%,其中SiO2含量在70%以上,Ca的含量高于国内其它斜发沸石。傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜分析结果显示其具有独特的筛分、阳离子交换和吸附性能及典型的黏土矿结晶习性;比表面积测定结果表明,江苏镇江沸石与土耳其斜发沸石相比具有更强的筛分能力。综合分析结果表明,江苏镇江沸石矿可以作为环境修复和环境净化材料,具有广阔的应用前景和开采价值。

By using modern analysis technology, the basic characteristics of the natural zeolite from Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, such as components, composition, structure characteristics and microstructure, were systematically measured and analyzed, which provides the basic theoretical foundations for comprehensive development and utilization of natural zeolite in Zhenjiang. The results of XRD and XRF analysis showed that the zeolite ore was mainly composed of clinoptilolite, with SiO2 and Al2O3 accounting for about 90%of the total, of which SiO2 was over 70%. Meanwhile, the content of Ca was higher than that of any other domestic clinoptilolite. It shows that, from the results of FT-IR and scan electron micrography, it had unique sieve, cation exchange and adsorption properties as well as typical crystal habits of clay minerals. Determination of specific surface area also showed that, compared with Turkey clinoptilolite zeolite, the zeolite from Zhenjiang had a stronger ability of sieving. Comprehensive analysis indicates that the zeolite ore from Zhenjiang, Jiangsu can be used as environment restoration and environmental purification material, and has a wide application prospect and exploitation value.
