采用非抑制电导离子色谱法测定盐酸法舒地尔中高哌嗪的含量。使用SH-CC-3(100 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,以5.0 mmol/L甲烷磺酸-乙腈(体积比90∶10)为淋洗液,流速为0.7 mL/min。高哌嗪的质量浓度在2.0~20.0μg/mL范围内与离子色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9924。高哌嗪的检出限为0.0494μg/mL,加标回收率在97.6%~98.7%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.47%(n=6)。该方法准确、简便、快捷,可用于实际生产中盐酸法舒地尔中高哌嗪的快速测定。

A non-suppressed conductive ion chromatographic method for the determination of homopiperazine in fasudil hydroehloride was established. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a SH-CC-3(250 mm×4.0 mm)column with 5.0 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid-acetonitrile (volume ratio was 90∶10) as elution at the flow rate of 0.7 mL/min. The linear range of homopiperazine was 2.0-20.0μg/mL (r=0.992 4). The detection limit was 0.049 4μg/mL, the average recovery was 97.6%-98.7%, and RSD was 0.47%(n=6). This method is accurate,simple,and efficient, which can provide a reliable method for the determination of homopiperazine in fasudil hydroehloride in production.
