采用真空干燥法对鲍鱼样品进行预处理,通过稳定同位素比率质谱仪测定鲍鱼中碳、氮同位素的含量,测得的平均比率分别为-16.74‰,7.60‰,其相对标准偏差分别为0.02%,0.05%(n=7),表明方法的精密度良好。分析结果得知碳同位素含量主要与其所食用的食物种类有关,而氮的同位素含量不但与食物源和新陈代谢有关,也受气候、环境等方面的影响。
採用真空榦燥法對鮑魚樣品進行預處理,通過穩定同位素比率質譜儀測定鮑魚中碳、氮同位素的含量,測得的平均比率分彆為-16.74‰,7.60‰,其相對標準偏差分彆為0.02%,0.05%(n=7),錶明方法的精密度良好。分析結果得知碳同位素含量主要與其所食用的食物種類有關,而氮的同位素含量不但與食物源和新陳代謝有關,也受氣候、環境等方麵的影響。

After abalone being freeze-dried, carbon and nitrogen isotope ratio of abalone were determined by stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry. The average of isotope ratio was-16.74‰and 7.60‰respectively. The relative standard deviation was 0.02%and 0.05%(n=7). The results showed that the carbon isotope mainly related to the variety of food,while the nitrogen isotope related to the sources of food and metabolism,it was also affected by the climate,environment and so on.
