目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:66例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组33例,在常规用药控制血糖水平的基础上,对照组单用甲钴胺注射液,治疗组再加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液,两组疗程均为3周。观察两组的临床疗效,并检测两组患者的神经传导速度。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.8%,明显高于对照组的72.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组神经传导速度的改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合甲钴胺用于糖尿病周围神经病变是一种疗效较好的治疗方法。

목적:탐토단삼동ⅡA광산납주사액치료당뇨병주위신경병변적림상효과。방법:66례당뇨병주위신경병변환자수궤분위실험조화대조조,매조33례,재상규용약공제혈당수평적기출상,대조조단용갑고알주사액,치료조재가용단삼동ⅡA광산납주사액,량조료정균위3주。관찰량조적림상료효,병검측량조환자적신경전도속도。결과:치료조총유효솔위81.8%,명현고우대조조적72.7%,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);실험조신경전도속도적개선정황명현우우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:단삼동ⅡA광산납연합갑고알용우당뇨병주위신경병변시일충료효교호적치료방법。
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of TanshinonⅡA Silate Sodium in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:66 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 33 patients in each group. The blood glucose of all the patients in 2 groups was controlled by conventional medicine. Furthermore, the patients in control group administrated Mecobalamin injection;while the patients in experimental group administrated Mecobalamin injection combined TanshinonⅡASilate Sodium injection. The courses of treatment of 2 groups were all 3 weeks.The nerve conduction velocity of all the patients was detected and the clinical curative effects of 2 groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 81.8%, which was obviously higher than control group (P<0.05). The improvement of nerve conduction velocity of experimental group was obviously better thancontrolgroup(P<0.05). Conclusions:It is a bettertherapeutic method fortreating diabetic peripheral neuropathy withTanshinonⅡASilateSodiumcombinedMecobalamin.
