采用超声波对某磷矿进行预处理选矿,研究了超声波作用时间与作用功率对颗粒表面电位的影响;超声作用对矿物颗粒粒径的影响;擦洗脱泥和浮选2种选矿方式对超声波强化效果的对比。结果表明,在不改变浮选药剂制度或擦洗条件时,使用超声波前处理能显著提高磷矿富集。

Ultrasonic was used for pretreatment of the mineral separation process. The effects of ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the potential of the particle surface were studied. Then, the effect of ultrasonic on the particle size was studied. Scrubbing and lfotation were chosen for the contrast study of the strengthening effect of ultrasonic. The efifciency of phosphorus enrichment would be improved signiifcantly when the reagent system of lfotation and the conditions of scrubbing were not changed.
