通过对陕南某长石矿进行选矿试验研究,确定了使用铁球介质磨矿,沉降法脱泥的工艺方案。采用磁选-脱泥-浮选的工艺流程,可由含Fe2O3为0.36%的原矿获得产率为76.9%、Fe2O3含量为0.04%的粗粒级长石精矿及产率为9.82%、Fe2O3含量为0.51%的细粒长石精矿。精矿总产率达86.72%。

Through the experiments on the feldspar ore in Southern Shaanxi, the best process program is obtained using ball-milling techniques and sedimentation desliming. With the technological process of“magnetic separation-desliming-lfotation”, can obtain the coarse-grained feldspar concentrates with 0.04%Fe2O3 content and a recovery rate of 76.9%, alongwith the ifne-grained feldspar concentrates with 0.51%Fe2O3 content and a recovery rate of 9.82%from the crude ore with 0.36%Fe2O3 content. The concentrate total recovery rate is 86.72%.
