对湖南某地石英砂的高纯化进行了浮选试验以及浮选-酸浸试验研究。结果表明,采用浮选-酸浸技术方案可将石英砂中主要杂质含量由205.475×10-6降低至62.900×10-6,石英砂纯度由99.9795%提高到99.9936%。

Flotation and lfotation-acid leaching experimental research on high puriifcation for a quartz sand in Hunan were conducted in this paper. The results showed that the lfotation-acid leaching test program could reduce key impurities content in the quartz sand from 205.475×10-6 to 62.9000×10-6, the quartz sand with the purity of 99.9936%could be obtained.
