以珍珠岩尾矿、高岭土、膨润土和废玻璃为主要原料,添加一定量发泡剂制备陶粒。通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究不同烧成工艺对陶粒产品性能的影响,探索出制备轻质高强陶粒的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,成型后的陶粒在450℃预热15 min、1200℃焙烧8 min时综合性能最好,产品可直接用于建筑轻集料。

The light-weight and high-strength ceramsite was prepared by adding a certain amount of foaming agent with perlite, kaolin, bentonite and waste glass as main raw materials. The effects of different sintering process on the properties of ceramsite products were studied through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimal preparation conditions were achieved. The ceramsite have preferable properties preheated at 450℃for 15 min and then calcined at 1200℃for 8 min. And the products could be directly used as building lightweight aggregate.
