用电石渣对磷石膏进行改性处理作为水泥缓凝剂,研究其对实验室所配P·C32.5R复合水泥性能的影响。结果表明,电石渣改性磷石膏掺入4%、外掺1%电石渣时,该水泥初凝时间为181 min,终凝时间为241 min;28 d抗折强度为7.5 MPa,28 d抗压强度为39.9 MPa,满足P·C32.5R水泥的性能指标;电石渣中除钙质外的少量杂质对水泥性能无不良影响。
用電石渣對燐石膏進行改性處理作為水泥緩凝劑,研究其對實驗室所配P·C32.5R複閤水泥性能的影響。結果錶明,電石渣改性燐石膏摻入4%、外摻1%電石渣時,該水泥初凝時間為181 min,終凝時間為241 min;28 d抗摺彊度為7.5 MPa,28 d抗壓彊度為39.9 MPa,滿足P·C32.5R水泥的性能指標;電石渣中除鈣質外的少量雜質對水泥性能無不良影響。

The phosphogypsum was modiifed with acetylene sludge and was made as the cement retarder. The inlfuence of the phosphogypsum modified with the acetylene sludge on the properties of the P·C32.5R cement was studied. The studies showed that, when adding 4% modified phosphogypsum and 1%cetylene sludge into the cement, its initial setting time was 181 min and ifnal setting time was 241 min, 28 d lfexural strength was 7.5 MPa and 28 d compressive strength was 39.9 MPa, which fully met the performance indicators of the P·C32.5R cement. Besides, the impurities in the modiifer had no bad inlfuence on the property of P·C32.5R.
