建立一种使用高效液相色谱法检测食品中禁用的工业染料直接桃红的方法。检测步骤主要包括配制标准溶液、提取、净化和检测，研究直接桃红在食品基质和C18固相萃取柱上的吸附特性，讨论本法的回收率、检测限和选择性。通过空白加标试验，得出该法的回收率为73.5%~97.2%，处于较准确的水平。该法的检测限为0.01 mg/g，定量限为0.03 mg/g，灵敏度较高，可被食品安全监督部门直接用于该种染料的检测。

A method is developed to determine the industrial dye direct red 31 added to food which is illegally using-banned. The determination includes preparations of standard solution, extraction of target substances, purification of target substances and determination with high performance liquid chromatography. Absorption property of direct red 31 has been studied. Recovery, detection limit and selectivity are also discussed. The recovery of this method is 73.5%~97.2%meaning the accurate level. The detection limit is 0.01 mg/g, and the quantification limit is 0.03 mg/g. This method has a high sensitivity and can be directly used as the official determination method by food safety supervision departments.
