菌多糖具有一定的药理作用,以香菇为原料,研究香菇多糖提取的最佳条件。通过水提法提取香菇多糖,并用苯酚-硫酸法测定香菇多糖的含量。结果表明,香菇多糖提取的最佳条件为提取温度100℃,乙醇体积分数80%,浸提时间6h。

The mushroom polysaccharide has many pharmacological effects, taking Lentinus edodes as material, the optimal extract conditions of polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes are studied. The extraction Lentinus edodes polysaccharide by water-alcohol is focused on, and the content of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide by phenol-sulfuric acid method is tested. The result shows that the optimum extraction conditions of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide are as follows: extraction temperature 100℃, 80%ethanol, extraction time 6 h .
