针对当前地矿类专业校企合作的现状,阐述了“双主体融合式”高职人才培养方式的内涵,就该培养方式的具体操作方法进行了说明,得出了要想使校企合作健康发展必须搭建合作平台、完善合作制度、构建合作机制、使其成为合作利益的共同体这一结论。
針對噹前地礦類專業校企閤作的現狀,闡述瞭“雙主體融閤式”高職人纔培養方式的內涵,就該培養方式的具體操作方法進行瞭說明,得齣瞭要想使校企閤作健康髮展必鬚搭建閤作平檯、完善閤作製度、構建閤作機製、使其成為閤作利益的共同體這一結論。

In view of current school-enterprise cooperation in mine geology,analyses were made of the content of a talent training model,“Double Subject Integration”, of higher vo-cational education as well as its operating methods. Findings show that the guarantee of healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation involves building a cooperation plat-form, improving the cooperation system, constructing the cooperation mechanism, and finally turning the model into a community of cooperative interest.
