目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月~2013年12月期间在我院使用手术治疗的急性结石性胆囊炎病患247例，随机分为观察组与对照组两组，对照组113例行开腹胆囊切除术，观察组134例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，比较两组患者的治疗效果，手术平均时间、术中平均出血量、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组中患者的手术平均时间、术中平均出血量、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎具有手术时间短、创伤小、风险小、预后快及患者满意度高的优点，有较大的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토복강경담낭절제술치료급성결석성담낭염적림상료효。방법선취2009년1월~2013년12월기간재아원사용수술치료적급성결석성담낭염병환247례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조량조，대조조113례행개복담낭절제술，관찰조134례행복강경담낭절제술，비교량조환자적치료효과，수술평균시간、술중평균출혈량、술후병발증발생솔。결과관찰조중환자적수술평균시간、술중평균출혈량、술후병발증발생솔균저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론복강경담낭절제술치료급성결석성담낭염구유수술시간단、창상소、풍험소、예후쾌급환자만의도고적우점，유교대적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods From 2009 January to 2013 December during the use of operation treatment in our hospital with acute cholecystitis patients 247 people, divided the patients into two groups, the observation group and the control group, the control group of 113patients underwent open cholecystectomy, the observation group of 134 cases underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect, the average operation time, average intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications. Results With statistical significance difference; the observation group patients in the operation time, average intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications. Were lower than the control group, with statistical significance difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis with shorter operation time, less trauma, less risk, prognosis and high patient satisfaction has the advantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, is of great clinical value.
