目的：探讨临床护理路径（CNP）对提高单纯股骨干骨折患者的满意度和生活质量的效果。方法将我院2012年5月～2013年12月80例单纯股骨干骨折患者随进分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组采用传统的护理模式，而观察组采用CNP模式，观察两组患者对治疗和护理的满意度，及住院时间和费用等，并进行比较。结果观察组的患者对护理的满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），同时观察组的住院时间和费用等比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论单纯性股骨干骨折患者采用CNP后，可促进护理工作发展，同时患者对于护理的满意度以及生活质量都有所提高，缩短了住院时间，节省了住院费用。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) on improving the satisfaction and living quality of patients with simple femoral shaft fractures. Methods Eighty patients with simple femoral shaft fractures treated in our hospital from May 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group used the traditional nursing model and the observation group used the CNP model. The treatment and nursing satisfaction and the hospital stay and cost of the two groups of patients were observed,recorded and compared. Results The observation group had significantly better nursing satisfaction than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and meanwhile the observation group had lower hospital stay and cost than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.01). Conclusion The application of CNP in patients with simple femoral shaft fractures can promote the development of nursing work,improve the patients' nursing satisfaction and living quality,shorten hospital stay and reduce hospitalization cost.
