目的:观察气管插管前气囊少量充气法对预防气道黏膜损伤的效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月~2012年12月我院行气管插管的90例患者临床资料,其中2011年45例列为观察组,气管插管前气囊少量充气后进行气管插管;2012年1~12月45例患者,列为对照组,气管插管前气囊不充气状态下插管,比较两组患者两组患者气管插管气道黏膜损伤率。结果(1)观察组一次插管成功率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的81.25%,观察组平均插管时间为(2.75±0.41)min,较对照组的(3.44±0.59)min缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组气道黏膜损伤率较低,仅为2.50%,对照组为8.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气管插管前气囊少量充气法插管成功率高,费时少,对预防气道黏膜损伤有显著效果。

목적:관찰기관삽관전기낭소량충기법대예방기도점막손상적효과。방법회고성분석2011년1월~2012년12월아원행기관삽관적90례환자림상자료,기중2011년45례렬위관찰조,기관삽관전기낭소량충기후진행기관삽관;2012년1~12월45례환자,렬위대조조,기관삽관전기낭불충기상태하삽관,비교량조환자량조환자기관삽관기도점막손상솔。결과(1)관찰조일차삽관성공솔위90.00%,명현고우대조조적81.25%,관찰조평균삽관시간위(2.75±0.41)min,교대조조적(3.44±0.59)min축단,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);(2)관찰조기도점막손상솔교저,부위2.50%,대조조위8.75%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론기관삽관전기낭소량충기법삽관성공솔고,비시소,대예방기도점막손상유현저효과。
Objective To observe the effect of small inflation of air sac before tracheal intubation on the prevention of the damage of airway mucosa. Methods Clinical data of 90 patients who received tracheal intubation from January 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.45 patients in 2011 were allocated to an observation group,who received tracheal intubation with a small amount of inflation of air sac;45 patients from January 2012 to December 2012 were allocated to a control group,who received tracheal intubation without the inflation of air sac.Damage rate of airway mucosa for patients in the two groups receiving tracheal intubation were compared. Results(1)Successful rate of first tracheal intubation in the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than that of 81.25%in the control group.The average intubation time in the observation group was(2.75±0.41) min,shorter than that of(3.44±0.59) min in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)Damage rate of airway mucosa in the observation group was only 2.50%,lower than that of 8.75%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The small inflation of air sac before tracheal intubation has a high successful rate,less duration and a significant effect of preventing the damage of airway mucosa.
