目的：探讨临床护理路径对髋关节置换术患者的愈后影响。方法选取髋关节置换术患者60例，分为实验组与对照组各30例。实验组用临床路径模式对实验组进行护理，对照组采用常规护理模式，分别比较其护理效果。结果实验组并发症发生率（便秘、尿潴留、肺部感染、压疮、下肢静脉血栓等）显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），满意度亦显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组、对照组平均住院时间为（12.9±1.5）d、（20.4±2.3）d，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用临床护理模式对髋关节置换术患者进行护理，能有效提高护理质量，加速患者康复进程。
목적：탐토림상호리로경대관관절치환술환자적유후영향。방법선취관관절치환술환자60례，분위실험조여대조조각30례。실험조용림상로경모식대실험조진행호리，대조조채용상규호리모식，분별비교기호리효과。결과실험조병발증발생솔（편비、뇨저류、폐부감염、압창、하지정맥혈전등）현저저우대조조（P＜0.05），만의도역현저고우대조조（P＜0.05）。실험조、대조조평균주원시간위（12.9±1.5）d、（20.4±2.3）d，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용림상호리모식대관관절치환술환자진행호리，능유효제고호리질량，가속환자강복진정。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in hip replacement patients. Methods Sixty patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into the experimental group of 30 and the control group of 30.The experimental group adopted clinical pathway in the patients care,control group received routine nursing care,compared the nursing effect between two groups.Results In the experimental group,the complication rate(constipation,urinary retention,pulmonary infection,bedsore,lower extremity venous thrombosis,et al)were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the control group was(20.4±2.3)days,which was much less than the experimental groups(12.9±1.5)days,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway model applied in hip joint replacement,can significantly improve operation quality,accelerate rehabilitation process.
