目的：探讨医院内深部真菌感染情况和可能的危险因素，进一步预防和控制院内真菌感染。方法查询和分析2011年11月～2013年12月我院发生深部真菌感染患者的具体资料。结果我院这二年内发生感染的患者总数为313例，院内真菌感染患者为51例，占16.3%，患者中绝大多数为老年人。白色念珠菌是最主要的病原菌，占所有病原菌的68.06%，其次是克柔念珠菌和热带念珠菌。感染部位主要是呼吸道和泌尿道，基础性疾病中以呼吸道疾病和恶性肿瘤为主。患者感染前多数均接受过广谱抗生素和免疫抑制剂的治疗，或者进行过手术和侵入性治疗。结论深部真菌院内感染情况严重，应给予高度重视，预防和控制感染的主要出路在于加强对医院环境和医护人员的管理，合理应用抗生素等药物，及时发现和治疗感染患者。

목적：탐토의원내심부진균감염정황화가능적위험인소，진일보예방화공제원내진균감염。방법사순화분석2011년11월～2013년12월아원발생심부진균감염환자적구체자료。결과아원저이년내발생감염적환자총수위313례，원내진균감염환자위51례，점16.3%，환자중절대다수위노년인。백색념주균시최주요적병원균，점소유병원균적68.06%，기차시극유념주균화열대념주균。감염부위주요시호흡도화비뇨도，기출성질병중이호흡도질병화악성종류위주。환자감염전다수균접수과엄보항생소화면역억제제적치료，혹자진행과수술화침입성치료。결론심부진균원내감염정황엄중，응급여고도중시，예방화공제감염적주요출로재우가강대의원배경화의호인원적관리，합리응용항생소등약물，급시발현화치료감염환자。
Objective To explore the deep fungal hospital infection and its possible risk factors for the sake of preventing and controlling it. Methods Inquired and analyzed the data of patients with deep fungal hospital infection in our hospital from November,2011 to December,2013. Results There were a total of 313 patients with infection,including 51 patients with deep fungal hospital infection which accounted for more than 16.3%and most of them were elderly people.Candida albicans was the most predominant pathogens,accounted for 68.06%of all the pathogenic bacteria,followed by candida kruseis and Candida tropicalis.The main infection sites were respiratory tract and urinary system disease.The main basic diseases were respiratory diseases and therioma.Most of patients were treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics and immunosuppressant,or operation and invasive treatment before infection. Conclusion We should pay more attention to the deep fungal hospital infection because it was serious.The main way of preventing and controlling is to strengthen the management of hospital environment and medical staffs,reasonable application of antibiotics and other drugs,the timely detection and treatment of infected patients.
