目的：探讨在无透镜间接直视下视网膜冷凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离术后疗效。方法对89例（90眼）孔源性视网膜脱离患者在局麻下双目间接检眼镜直视下定位裂空，并于孔周直视下冷凝，加外垫压手术方式。结果一次性手术治疗后复位86眼，2眼再次手术放液后复位，1眼行玻璃体切割术。术后视力较术前显著提高。结论无透镜间接立体检眼直视下视网膜冷凝加巩膜外垫压术治疗单纯孔源性视网膜脱离，具有创伤下、直观、冷冻量易掌握，术后疗效好，值得基层医院推广。
목적：탐토재무투경간접직시하시망막냉응치료공원성시망막탈리술후료효。방법대89례（90안）공원성시망막탈리환자재국마하쌍목간접검안경직시하정위렬공，병우공주직시하냉응，가외점압수술방식。결과일차성수술치료후복위86안，2안재차수술방액후복위，1안행파리체절할술。술후시력교술전현저제고。결론무투경간접입체검안직시하시망막냉응가공막외점압술치료단순공원성시망막탈리，구유창상하、직관、냉동량역장악，술후료효호，치득기층의원추엄。
Objective To probe the effects of panretinal cryocoagulation by lens in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment .Methods 89 cases (90 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were positioning crack empty and condensed by binocular indirect ophthalmoscope in local anesthesia .Results 86 eyes were cured after the operation ,2 eyes were cured after drainage ,1 vitrectomy .Their vision was improved significantly after operation .Conclusion Panretinal cryocoagulation by lens combine with outside pad pressed operation to treat rhegmatogenous retinal detachment has many advantages ,such as little trauma、ocular、easy to control the condensation number、better effects ,its worth spreading in primary hospital .
