目的 评估心理护理和住院健康教育对抑郁障碍患者康复的辅助效果.方法 将60例抑郁障碍患者随机分为两组,各30例,均接受氟西汀治疗,对照组给予一般护理,研究组同时实施心理护理和住院健康教育,观察6周.干预前后分别以汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估病情和疗效,同时调查有关防治知识知晓率和治疗依从性.结果 两组干预6周后的HAMD总分均比干预前显著下降(P<0.01);干预第6周末研究组的HAMD总分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而减分率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01).研究组的防治知识知晓率和治疗依从率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01).结论 心理护理和住院健康教育对抑郁障碍患者有较好的辅助康复效果.

Objective To evaluate the adjunct effects of the psychological nursing and hospitalized health education in patients with depression disorder.Methods Totally 60 patients with depression disorder were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.All patients treated with fluoxetine.At the same time,the control group received routine nursing,and the study group recieved psychological nursing and hospitalized health education on the basis of routine nursing.All the patients were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) to evaluate efficacy before intervention and at the 6th week of intervention.The rates of health education awareness and treatment compliance were investigated.Results The total scores of HAMD in both groups were lower at the 6th week than before intervention (P < 0.01).The total scores of HAMD of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01).The rates of health education awareness and treatment compliance were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group (P < 0.05or P < 0.01).Conclusions The psychological nursing and hospitalized health education had adjunct effects in patients with depression disorder.
