为研究在断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同酶制剂对断奶仔猪营养物质消化率及消化能的影响,本试验选用27头(35±2)日龄、平均体重(18±0.69)kg的健康(杜×长×大)三元杂交断奶仔猪,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,随机分为3个处理组,(公猪4头,母猪5头,分头编号),分别饲喂三种日粮,日粮A为基础日粮,日粮B为基础日粮+0.05%复合酶(木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶等),日粮C为基础日粮+0.02%单酶(β-葡聚糖酶),分3期饲养。试验结果表明:在断奶仔猪日粮中添加一定量的复合酶和单酶,日粮能量消化率分别提高3.12%和1.80%(P<0.01),粗蛋白质消化率分别提高6.29%和2.56%(P<0.01),有机干物质的消化率分别提高2.66%和1.44%(P <0.01),消化能分别提高3.12%和1.81%(P<0.01),其中复合酶效果略优于单酶,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。

The trial was conducted to study the effect of different enzymes on the nutrient digestibility and di-gestible energy of Weaned Piglets by 3 ×3 latin square design.According to sex and weight,27 three-way crossbred [Duroc ×(Landrace ×Yorkshire)] weaned piglets of (35±2)d age and (18±0.69)kg average body weight were divided randomly into three groups,each group had nine piglets (4 barrows,5 sows,and ordered serial number).Feed A was basal diet,feed B was basal diet+0.05% complex enzyme (xylanase,β-glucanase,etc),feed C was basal diet+0.02%single enzyme (β-mannanase).The experiment showed that the diet with complex enzyme (xylanase,β-glucanase,etc) and single enzyme (β-mannanase) increased remarkably the digestibility of diet energy by 3.12% and 1.80%(P <0.01),the digestibility of protein by 6.29% and 2.56%(P < 0.01),the digestibility of organic dry matter by 2.66% and 1.44%(P<0.01),and digestible energy by 3.12% and 1.81%(P < 0.01).And the effect of adding complex enzyme was better than the single enzyme.There was no significant difference between two adding groups(P > 0.05).
