本实验建立了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定饲料中砷的方法,并对分析条件包括介质酸度、硼氢化钾浓度和载气流速等进行优化。在优化条件下,砷的检测限为0.04 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为95.8%~99.7%,此方法可用于饲料中砷的测定。
本實驗建立瞭氫化物髮生原子熒光光譜法測定飼料中砷的方法,併對分析條件包括介質痠度、硼氫化鉀濃度和載氣流速等進行優化。在優化條件下,砷的檢測限為0.04 ng/mL,樣品加標迴收率為95.8%~99.7%,此方法可用于飼料中砷的測定。
본실험건립료경화물발생원자형광광보법측정사료중신적방법,병대분석조건포괄개질산도、붕경화갑농도화재기류속등진행우화。재우화조건하,신적검측한위0.04 ng/mL,양품가표회수솔위95.8%~99.7%,차방법가용우사료중신적측정。
T he determination of arsenic in feed by the atomic fluorescence spectrometry was investigated.Optimum working conditions of the instrument were studied,including flow rate of carrier gas,concentration of potassium tetrahydrobo-rate solution and acidity of sample solution.Under the optimum condition,the detection limit of arsenic was 0.04 ng/mL,and recovery was in the range of 95.8%~99.7%.The method could apply in the determination of arsenic in feed successfully.
