目的：根据《执业医师法》、《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范（试行）》等相关法律、法规的规范要求，对处方书写的规范性及药物临床使用的适宜性（用药适应症、药物选择、给药途径、用法用量、药物相互作用、配伍禁忌等）进行评价，发现存在或潜在的问题，制定并实施干预和改进方案，促进临床药物合理应用。通过处方点评工作，提高处方质量，促进合理用药，保障医疗安全。方法根据我院诊疗科目、科室设置、技术水平、诊疗量等实际情况，由处方点评工作组从每月第二周处方中随机抽取100张处方进行点评，对处方点评结果进行汇总、统计和分析。结果抗菌药物、注射剂的使用率有了明显下降，国家基本药物的使用有了明显提高。结论通过处方点评工作，提高了合理用药水平，保证了患者的用药安全，提高了处方质量。

목적：근거《집업의사법》、《처방관리판법》、《의원처방점평관리규범（시행）》등상관법률、법규적규범요구，대처방서사적규범성급약물림상사용적괄의성（용약괄응증、약물선택、급약도경、용법용량、약물상호작용、배오금기등）진행평개，발현존재혹잠재적문제，제정병실시간예화개진방안，촉진림상약물합리응용。통과처방점평공작，제고처방질량，촉진합리용약，보장의료안전。방법근거아원진료과목、과실설치、기술수평、진료량등실제정황，유처방점평공작조종매월제이주처방중수궤추취100장처방진행점평，대처방점평결과진행회총、통계화분석。결과항균약물、주사제적사용솔유료명현하강，국가기본약물적사용유료명현제고。결론통과처방점평공작，제고료합리용약수평，보증료환자적용약안전，제고료처방질량。
Objective According to the"Medical practitioner act","Management method of prescription","Standard of hospital prescription review and management(trial)"and other relevant laws,regulations,evaluating the standardization of prescription writing and the suitability of clinical drug use(drug indications,drug selection,route of administration,usage and dosage,drug interactions,incompatibility).Potential problems found,intervention and improvement programs were formulated and implemented to promote the reasonable application of clinical drugs. By commenting on prescription, improving the quality of prescription and promoting the rational use of drugs to ensure the safety of health care.Method According to the clinic subjects,department setting,technical level and treatment capacity of our hospital,100 prescriptions randomly selected from the second week of monthly prescriptions were reviewed by the working group. Summary,statistics and analysis the results of prescription review.Results There is a significant decline in utilization of antibacterial drugs,injections and improvement in national essential drugs.ConclusionWork of Comments on prescription has improved the rational use of drugs,ensured the safety of medication of patients and improved the quality of prescription.
