为了提高电感传感器的检灵敏度和系统信噪比,基于微弱信号检测原理,设计了以低失真文氏电桥正弦波振荡电路为激励信号源,以差动放大电路为信号处理核心的微弱信号处理电路,同时采用变压器对载波信号进行隔直,提高了系统的检测灵敏度,电路结构简单、实用、可靠。实验结果表明,改电路能有效提高系统信噪比,满足系统对噪声不大于0.005 V的要求。
為瞭提高電感傳感器的檢靈敏度和繫統信譟比,基于微弱信號檢測原理,設計瞭以低失真文氏電橋正絃波振盪電路為激勵信號源,以差動放大電路為信號處理覈心的微弱信號處理電路,同時採用變壓器對載波信號進行隔直,提高瞭繫統的檢測靈敏度,電路結構簡單、實用、可靠。實驗結果錶明,改電路能有效提高繫統信譟比,滿足繫統對譟聲不大于0.005 V的要求。

In order to improve the detecting sensitivity of inductive sensor and system signal-to-noise ratio, Wien bridge sine wave oscillator circuit with low distortion for excitation signal and weak signal processing circuit is designed. Transformer is used to block the part of DC in carrier signal for improving the detection sensitivity of the system. The structure of circuit is simple, practical and reliable. Experimental results showed that circuit system can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio and the noise of system.
