利用二级轻气炮发射2017-T4铝球弹丸高速撞击金属网,通过金属网后面观察板弹坑分布研究金属网对高速撞击铝球的破碎作用及次生碎片粒子群分布特性,分析观察板弹坑分布与铝球直径、金属网面密度关系。获得铝球弹丸高速正撞击具有不同编织参数金属网时观察板弹坑分布模式。结果表明,铝球弹丸高速正撞击金属网后在观察板上产生多条呈放射状分布近似对称的触须状弹坑簇;触须状弹坑簇数量、长度随弹丸直径、撞击位置、金属网面密度不同而不同;相同撞击条件下铝球弹丸高速正撞击网格孔中心时,观察板触须状弹坑簇数量相对较多。
利用二級輕氣砲髮射2017-T4鋁毬彈汍高速撞擊金屬網,通過金屬網後麵觀察闆彈坑分佈研究金屬網對高速撞擊鋁毬的破碎作用及次生碎片粒子群分佈特性,分析觀察闆彈坑分佈與鋁毬直徑、金屬網麵密度關繫。穫得鋁毬彈汍高速正撞擊具有不同編織參數金屬網時觀察闆彈坑分佈模式。結果錶明,鋁毬彈汍高速正撞擊金屬網後在觀察闆上產生多條呈放射狀分佈近似對稱的觸鬚狀彈坑簇;觸鬚狀彈坑簇數量、長度隨彈汍直徑、撞擊位置、金屬網麵密度不同而不同;相同撞擊條件下鋁毬彈汍高速正撞擊網格孔中心時,觀察闆觸鬚狀彈坑簇數量相對較多。

A two-stage light gas gun was used to launch 2017-T4 Al-sphere projectiles impacting metallic mesh bumper.The distribution characteristic of the secondary debris clouds caused by Al sphere impacting metallic mesh bumper was studied.The effect of diameter of Al sphere and braiding areal density of metallic mesh on the crater distribution on the witness wall were analyzed.The crater distribution patterns on the witness wall behind metallic mesh bumpers with different braiding parameters were obtained.The results indicate that a few of approximate symmetry crater clusters like palpus can be observed on witness wall behind mesh bumper.The number and length of crater clusters are different with different impact position on mesh bumper,at different impact velocity and with different areal density of metallic mesh.Under the same impact condition,when the mesh bumper is impacted at a blank center position,more crater clusters like palpus on witness wall will be caused.
