目的：探讨异氟醚与异丙酚对下腹部手术围术期麻醉应激反应的影响分析。方法：选取本院需进行下腹部手术患者140例，按随机数字表法均分为异氟醚组和异丙酚组。分别进行异氟醚吸入维持麻醉以及异丙酚微泵维持麻醉，观察两组患者各项指标并进行对比。结果：两组麻醉后血糖以及皮质醇浓度均有升高，异氟醚组升高尤其明显（P<0.05）；在MAP、HR方面，异丙酚组麻醉前后比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），而异氟醚组在麻醉后10 min出现较明显降低（P<0.05）；麻醉后，异氟醚组的血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指标、全血高切黏度与麻醉前比较均明显降低（P<0.05），而异丙酚组仅全血高切黏度降低（P<0.05）。结论：经临床对比研究分析可见，采用异丙酚麻醉药物对下腹部手术进行麻醉其对应激反应的控制明显优于异氟醚。

목적：탐토이불미여이병분대하복부수술위술기마취응격반응적영향분석。방법：선취본원수진행하복부수술환자140례，안수궤수자표법균분위이불미조화이병분조。분별진행이불미흡입유지마취이급이병분미빙유지마취，관찰량조환자각항지표병진행대비。결과：량조마취후혈당이급피질순농도균유승고，이불미조승고우기명현（P<0.05）；재MAP、HR방면，이병분조마취전후비교차이균무통계학의의（P>0.05），이이불미조재마취후10 min출현교명현강저（P<0.05）；마취후，이불미조적혈장점도、홍세포취집지표、전혈고절점도여마취전비교균명현강저（P<0.05），이이병분조부전혈고절점도강저（P<0.05）。결론：경림상대비연구분석가견，채용이병분마취약물대하복부수술진행마취기대응격반응적공제명현우우이불미。
To analyze the effect of isoflurane and propofol anesthesia on stress reaction of lower abdominal operation during perioperative period.Method:140 patients with abdominal operation were collected in our hospital,they were divided into the isoflurane group and the propofol group for the average. The two groups were given isoflurane inhalation maintain anesthesia and maintain anesthetic propofol micro pump respectively,the index of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The blood glucose and cortisol concentrations of the two groups were increased after anesthesia,and the isoflurane group increased obviously(P<0.05);while in MAP,HR contrast,the propofol group no significant statistical difference before and after anesthesia(P>0.05),and the isoflurane group in ten minutes after anesthesia decreased obviously(P<0.05). Compared with before anesthesia,the erythrocyte aggregation index,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity of the isoflurane group were decreased after anesthesia(P<0.05),whole blood high shear viscosity was reduced in the propofol group only(P<0.05).Conclusion:The propofol anesthesia drugs on abdominal operation under anesthesia on the stress response of the control is better than that of isoflurane.
