目的：验证治则“针刀和手法并重，软硬兼施、动静兼治”的正确性，为临床提供一种更有效治疗神经根型颈椎病的复合方法。方法：选取神经根型颈椎病90例，随机分为刃针结合龙氏手法组、刃针治疗组以及龙氏手法组，每组各30例，观察和比较三组治疗后的临床疗效以及颈曲改善情况。结果：刃针结合龙氏手法组痊愈6例，显效11例，好转13例，临床疗效明显好于其他两组，颈曲改善方面亦优于其他两组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：“针刀和手法并重，软硬兼施、动静兼治”治则有效，刃针结合龙氏手法是一种更有效的治疗神经根型颈椎病的复合方法。

목적：험증치칙“침도화수법병중，연경겸시、동정겸치”적정학성，위림상제공일충경유효치료신경근형경추병적복합방법。방법：선취신경근형경추병90례，수궤분위인침결합룡씨수법조、인침치료조이급룡씨수법조，매조각30례，관찰화비교삼조치료후적림상료효이급경곡개선정황。결과：인침결합룡씨수법조전유6례，현효11례，호전13례，림상료효명현호우기타량조，경곡개선방면역우우기타량조（P<0.05혹P<0.01）。결론：“침도화수법병중，연경겸시、동정겸치”치칙유효，인침결합룡씨수법시일충경유효적치료신경근형경추병적복합방법。
To verify the validity of the rule that both needle knife lytic method and bonesetting are the same important in the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylosis;to provide a more effective composite treatment for nerve-root cervical spondylosis.Method:90 cases of nerve-root cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into needle knife lytic combined with long’s bonesetting treatment group,needle knife lytic treatment group,and long's bonesetting treatment group,each of 30 cases.The clinical effect and improvement of cervical curvature after treatment in the three groups were observed and compared.Result:With 6 cases cured,11 cases effective,13 cases improvement,the needle knife lytic combined with long’s bonesetting treatment group is superior to the other two groups in clinical effect and improvement of cervical curvature(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:The rule that both needle knife lytic method and bonesetting are the same important in the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylosis is effective;the method of needle knife lytic combined with long’s bonesetting is a more effective composite treatment for nerve-root cervical spondylosis.
