通过对维吾尔文字特征的研究，设计了一个高效的维吾尔语智能输入法的词库模型，这种词库模型的构建方法不但解决了维吾尔单词词库中锯齿形数据的高效压缩存储，而且有利于维吾尔语智能输入法语言模型的建立，实现了维吾尔语智能词组联想功能，并在当前流行的智能操作系统android上移植成功，改变了以前由词根联想词缀的输入方式，提高了维吾尔语的输入效率，取得良好的运行效果，为进一步的维哈柯文语句级输入法词库提供一个词库模型结构的支持。

Through the research of Uyghur text feature, design an efficient the Uighur smart input method lexicon model, which does not only solve serrated data in Uighur word thesaurus efficient compression and storage, but also conducive to the Uighur language model of intelligent input method, achieve the Uighur smart phrase Lenovo and transplantation success in the current popular smartphone operating system Android, and change the way of root associate affix input, improve the efficiency of the Uighur language input, and achieve good operating results, the lexicon model structure will support for the Uyghur, Kazak and Kirgiz statement-level input lexicon.
