目的:探讨依达拉奉联合乌司他丁对急性百草枯中毒的治疗效果。方法:选择本院收治的急性百草枯中毒患者55例为研究对象,按治疗方法分为常规治疗组24例(A组)和依达拉奉联合乌司他丁治疗组31例(B组),A组采用常规治疗,B组在常规治疗组基础上加用依达拉奉和乌司他丁。比较两组患者发生肺纤维化、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)及病死率之间的差异。结果:与A组相比,B组肺纤维化、MODS的发生率及病死率均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合乌司他丁治疗急性百草枯中毒能够有效改善脏器功能、降低肺纤维化及MODS的发生率,改善预后,降低病死率。

목적:탐토의체랍봉연합오사타정대급성백초고중독적치료효과。방법:선택본원수치적급성백초고중독환자55례위연구대상,안치료방법분위상규치료조24례(A조)화의체랍봉연합오사타정치료조31례(B조),A조채용상규치료,B조재상규치료조기출상가용의체랍봉화오사타정。비교량조환자발생폐섬유화、다기관공능장애종합정(MODS)급병사솔지간적차이。결과:여A조상비,B조폐섬유화、MODS적발생솔급병사솔균강저,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:의체랍봉연합오사타정치료급성백초고중독능구유효개선장기공능、강저폐섬유화급MODS적발생솔,개선예후,강저병사솔。
To evaluate the value of edaravone combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.Method:55 acute paraquat poisoning patients in our hospital were selected,they were divided into the conventional therapy group(the group A,24 cases)and the edaravone combined with ulinastatin plus conventional therapy group(the group B,31 cases)according to the treatment method,and the group A was given conventional therapy,the group B used edaravone combined with ulinastatin plus conventional therapy based on conventional therapy. The differences between the two groups in the pulmonary fibrosis,multiple organ dysfunction syndromes( MODS)and mortality were compared.Result:The cases of the pulmonary fibrosis,MODS the fatality rate in the group B were less than the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Edaravone combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning can protect organ function,reduce the incidence of pulmonary fibrosis and MODS,improve prognosis,decrease the mortality rate.
