目的：探讨心理干预对石化城市中青年夫妇婚姻质量、家庭功能的影响效果。方法：随机选取2012年7月-2013年2月在独山子文馨心理咨询中心寻求婚姻辅导并愿意接受调查的56对中青年夫妇作为研究对象。所有受试对象均接受为期6个月的心理干预，并于干预前和干预后分别作婚姻质量问卷（Olson）、家庭功能评定量表（FAD）调查。结果：干预前后结果对比分析显示：在婚姻质量方面，Enrich总分、婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、解决冲突方式的分值比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在家庭功能方面，沟通、情感反应、情感介入、总功能分值比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：系统化心理干预可有效提高石化城市中青年夫妇婚姻质量及家庭功能状况，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토심리간예대석화성시중청년부부혼인질량、가정공능적영향효과。방법：수궤선취2012년7월-2013년2월재독산자문형심리자순중심심구혼인보도병원의접수조사적56대중청년부부작위연구대상。소유수시대상균접수위기6개월적심리간예，병우간예전화간예후분별작혼인질량문권（Olson）、가정공능평정량표（FAD）조사。결과：간예전후결과대비분석현시：재혼인질량방면，Enrich총분、혼인만의도、부처교류、해결충돌방식적분치비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；재가정공능방면，구통、정감반응、정감개입、총공능분치비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：계통화심리간예가유효제고석화성시중청년부부혼인질량급가정공능상황，치득추엄응용。
To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the marital quality and family functioning of young and middle-aged couples in petrochemical city.Method:Fifty-six young and middle-aged couples who sought marriage counseling and would to accept the survey in the Dushanzi Wen-xin psychological counseling center from July 2012 to February 2013 were randomly selected,they were treated by systemic psychological intervention for six months.The Olson Inventory of Marital Quality(Olson)and Family Assessment Device(FAD)were used to analyze the efficacy of psychological intervention.Result:Before and after the intervention results showed that:in the marriage quality, there were significant differences in the total score of Enrich,marital satisfaction,couple communication,conflict resolution methods(P<0.05).In the family function,there were significant differences in communication,emotional response,emotional involvement,total function score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systemic psychological intervention can improve the marital quality and family functioning of young and middle-aged couples in petrochemical city effectively, and it is worthy of generalizing and applying.
