目的：对应用Apexit Plus糊剂一次性充填感染根管术后反应和1年后的临床疗效进行观察评价。方法：选择2012年2月-2013年2月来本院门诊就诊的慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎患者132例共140颗患牙。按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组各70颗患牙。两组均进行常规的根管充填术治疗，试验组使用Apexit Plus糊剂根管充填，对照组使用氧化锌碘仿丁香油糊剂根管充填。术后1周电话回访，1年后复诊进行临床检查，拍X线片，评价疗效。结果：试验组术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组术后1年的疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：Apexit Plus糊剂一次性充填感染根管术后不良反应较低，1年后的临床效果与氧化锌碘仿丁香油糊剂术后结果近似，但远期临床治疗效果还有待进一步观察。
목적：대응용Apexit Plus호제일차성충전감염근관술후반응화1년후적림상료효진행관찰평개。방법：선택2012년2월-2013년2월래본원문진취진적만성아수염、만성근첨주염환자132례공140과환아。안수궤수자표법분위시험조화대조조，매조각70과환아。량조균진행상규적근관충전술치료，시험조사용Apexit Plus호제근관충전，대조조사용양화자전방정향유호제근관충전。술후1주전화회방，1년후복진진행림상검사，박X선편，평개료효。결과：시험조술후불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。량조술후1년적료효비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：Apexit Plus호제일차성충전감염근관술후불량반응교저，1년후적림상효과여양화자전방정향유호제술후결과근사，단원기림상치료효과환유대진일보관찰。
To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of postoperative reaction of the Apexit Plus sealer used for infected root canal therapy of disposable after one year.Method:132 patients(140 tooth)who suffered from chronic pulpitis or chronic apical periodontitis in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were chose. They were randomly divided into the experimental group(70 tooth)and the control group(70 tooth). Both of the two groups were used the routine treatment of root canal fitting,the experimental group used Apexit Plus paste root canal,the control group used zinc oxide iodoform clove oil paste root canal. The telephone interview for the patients after a week,follow-up clinical examination was evaluated after 1 year and the curative effect evaluated by X-ray.Result:The incidence rate of postoperative reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Postoperative 1 years,the curative effect of two groups was compared,the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:The incidence rate of postoperative reaction with Apexit Plus sealer is lower,and the clinical effect is similar to iodoform zinc oxide-eugenol sealer. However,the long-term clinical efficacy remains to be seen.
