目的：探讨中药联合奥美拉唑在胃溃疡临床治疗中的作用，为临床治疗提供有效的参考方案。方法从我院2011年12月~2012年12月医治的胃溃疡病例中抽样选取96例，且将其均分为两组，即对照组48例患者予以常规治疗，而实验组48例患者予以中药联合奥美拉唑进行治疗，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组总显效率达95.83%(46/48)，对照组仅81.25%(39/48)，二者相较显然实验组的治疗效果更具优势，差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡，可改善患者病情、恢复愈合面等，同时还可调整患者的身体机能，极具临床推广意义。
목적：탐토중약연합오미랍서재위궤양림상치료중적작용，위림상치료제공유효적삼고방안。방법종아원2011년12월~2012년12월의치적위궤양병례중추양선취96례，차장기균분위량조，즉대조조48례환자여이상규치료，이실험조48례환자여이중약연합오미랍서진행치료，관찰량조환자적림상치료효과。결과실험조총현효솔체95.83%(46/48)，대조조부81.25%(39/48)，이자상교현연실험조적치료효과경구우세，차이비교유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론중약연합오미랍서치료위궤양，가개선환자병정、회복유합면등，동시환가조정환자적신체궤능，겁구림상추엄의의。
Objective To explore traditional Chinese medicine combined omeprazole in the role of clinical treatment of gastric ulcer,provide effective reference for clinical treatment.Methods From December 2011 to December 2012 sampling to select 96 cases of gastric ulcer cases of health,and it is divided into two groups, namely the control group of 48 patients to conventional therapy,and experimental group 48 cases patients to traditional Chinese medicine combined omeprazole treatment,observe the clinical therapeutic ef ect of two groups of patients.Results Group the total ef iciency was 95.83% (46/48),the control group only 81.25% (39/48),the advantage more than obviously the curative ef ect of the experimental group and comparison was statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer,can improve the patients,restore the healing surface,and can also adjust the patient's body function,clinical significance.
