目的：探讨外剥内扎治疗环状混合痔的方法，提高手术切除率，降低手术风险系数。方法回顾性总结我院自2002年10月~2013年10月968例外剥内扎治疗环状混合痔手术方法，讨论肛门松解术的临床应用价值。结果无1例伤口感染及愈合后疤痕形成。平均愈合时间12.3d，亦无其它术后并发症，排便通畅。结论本术式对预防术后肛门狭窄，避免二次扩肛，防治术后肛门失禁有明显效果。亦无其它并发症，排便通畅。
목적：탐토외박내찰치료배상혼합치적방법，제고수술절제솔，강저수술풍험계수。방법회고성총결아원자2002년10월~2013년10월968예외박내찰치료배상혼합치수술방법，토론항문송해술적림상응용개치。결과무1례상구감염급유합후파흔형성。평균유합시간12.3d，역무기타술후병발증，배편통창。결론본술식대예방술후항문협착，피면이차확항，방치술후항문실금유명현효과。역무기타병발증，배편통창。
Objective To study the method for Mil igan Morgan in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, improve the operation resection rate, reduce the operation risk coefficient. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2002 October~2013 year in October 968 cases of the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids Mil igan Morgan operation method, discuss the anus lysis value in clinical application. Results 1 cases of wound infection and healed without scar formation. The average healing time was 12.3 days, and no other complications, smooth bowel movements. Conclusion This technique for the prevention of postoperative anal stenosis, avoid the two anus, anal incontinence prevention and treatment of postoperative have obvious effect. No other complications, smooth bowel movements.
