目的：研究胃癌术后患者胃肠减压期间的不适与原因分析。方法对55例胃癌术后行胃肠减压的患者进行护理，根据患者主诉、护士观察、护理记录、并结合相关文献进行研究。结果胃癌术后胃肠减压期间患者在生理、心理、社会方面存在不适，临床护理工作人员可根据导致各种不适的原因进行相应的护理，使患者达到最舒适的状态，减少各种并发症的发生。结论护理人员要从患者的生理、心理等方面出发，使患者达到最愉快的状态，真正做到以患者为中心。
